How will my order be delivered to me?
We ship all of our goodies through USPS. Please note, during the warm months all shipments will include ice packs.
How often is the refill shipped to me?
Our refill orders are sent out every month! We try our best to send your order around the same time each month.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address used when registering for an account with us.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you sign in you can check your order status and you will receive an email from us when your goodies are out for delivery.
How do I update my subscription preferences or shipping address?
You can update everything for your subscription in your account portal once you login.
From there, you can change your shipping address, the size and preference of your subscription, and also cancel your current subscription.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, Deskgoodies exclusively caters to customers within the continental United States.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so in your account portal. If you need assistance, kindly reach out to our support team at help@deskgoodies.com. You can also reach out by clicking here, which brings you to our contact us page.
Please note: some orders are shipped very soon after being placed and may already be on their way or delivered, so it may not always be possible to cancel.
If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we'll do everything possible to fulfill your request.
Can I cancel my annual subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your annual subscription.
However, please note that you'll need to pay out the remaining months of the subscription year, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription term, not immediately.

What is your return or refund policy?
As per our Shipping and Returns Policy, "All perishable goods cannot be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by Deskgoodies.com."
To be eligible for a return of incorrect items, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
