Shipping and Returns

Return Policy:

Candy is a perishable item. To comply with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Deskgoodies does NOT accept returns of any candy products. The only exception to this policy is if an incorrect item was sent.

Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States via USPS, with a transit time of 2-3 business days. We only ship out on Monday's to mitigate warm weather issues (including, but not limited to, your candy sitting on a mail carrier's truck or in a non-temperature controlled environment over the weekend).

Hot and warm weather policy:

During the hot months, we add ice packs to help protect your candy, but even with ice packs, we can not guarantee that candy will not melt. Typically, ice packs will last for 24 - 48 hours. A nominal charge will be added to the cost of your subscription during these months (usually only an additional few dollars). 

Note: Please consider having someone available at your delivery location (or deliver to an office) so your package does not sit outside. Additionally, we may contact you to see if you'd like to make changes to your order and/or upgrade to expedite the shipping of your candy.

Shipping addresses not correct:

Be careful when entering your shipping address. We cannot be responsible for shipping costs when you type in the wrong address (i.e. to your address or another address). We will try to retrieve the product if you provided the wrong address but there is a chance that the candy will be lost. We will be unable to provide a refund for this candy.
